Kpakpando Nwazota
Chief Executive Officer
Kpakpando is a seasoned entrepreneur and has led diverse teams in the successful floating of several start-up companies in the Agro, Tech, and Transport sectors in Nigeria. He has expertise in agro allied businesses, transportation, human resource and business consulting.
He has a background in Organizational Leadership, Strategic International Business Management, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, and Business Strategy. He also has a certification in Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economies from the Harvard Business School, and holds a Masters in Human Resource Management and Development (CIPD) from the University of Salford, Manchester.
Adaobi Promise Madubuobu
Legal Manager
Promise is an internationally recognized transactional lawyer with significant experience in financing and development, regulatory compliance and tax advisory services. She has advised domestic and foreign clients, including International Finance Corporation, Indorama Fertilisers, and several start-ups across the full breadth of their legal needs in the Nigerian agricultural and agro-allied sectors.
She holds an LLB from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Nigeria, licensed to practise law in Nigeria and a member of Nigerian Bar Association Section on Business Law. She has an MSc in Law and Finance from the University of Oxford.
Chinyere “Chin” Ogba
Chief Information Officer
Chin Ogba has over 15 years of international experience as an IT and Business Process Consultant, providing a full range of services including project management, business systems analysis, systems design, software implementation, systems integration, and software training as well as business process improvement/re-engineering.
She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Berkeley (USA) and a Master’s of Science degree in Information Systems from Claremont Graduate University(USA).
Okeke Hyacinth Afam
Technology Officer
Hyacinth is a software engineer with a Bachelors Degree in Computer and
Information Science from Enugu State University of Science and Technology,
Nigeria. He has over 3 years experience in building sustainable software products within and outside Nigeria.
He has an MSc in Applied Computer Science for Sustainable Development from İstanbul Aydin University, Turkey.
Okeke Darlington Chukwuma
Chief Operating Manager
Darlington is an experienced Project Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the Tech, Agro, Communications and Construction Industries. He is skilled in areas of Business Development and Analysis, Human Resource Management, PMBOK, Global Marketing, Digital Business, Research, and Process Design.
He has a BSc in Engineering and holds a Master in Business Administration from the University of West London, Masters in Strategic Management and Leadership, and a PhD Candidate in Business Administration at Teeside University, United Kingdom.
